'Mentoring is digging to find the special magic in each person and then giving it plant food, feeding it, watering it. its also weeding. you are weeding out the things that take nutrients from the soil - the negative thoughts- and replacing them with some really good organic compost. you want your student to grow.' so says Lilla Rogers. This series of sessions serve as a support for students to work on their own projects..
