In this workshop, students will make a number of small nuno felted fabrics using a variety of wool, threads and cloth. The colours and textures we choose often reflect the mood we are in, and these pieces will become the starting point for personal stitched responses.

We will keep the pieces small so that everyone has a good selection to work with. Students will then begin stitching into one of their nuno pieces, starting the journey of recording in stitch. We will all begin from the same point, but each travel cloth will take its own direction.
